Our plans are aimed towards client sites who were built by us as we want to ensure they are successful and looked after.
However, if your site was built by another team and you are looking to partner with us long term, we will be happy to discuss with you how we can best serve you. Typically, we would need to have a meeting with you, then complete a ‘Website Evaluation’ session which is a paid 4 hour service. Once this is complete we’ll have a list of issues that may need fixing and suggestions for improvement in order to proceed onto the monthly care plan. All our websites are in top notch shape before they go onto our care plans so we need to make sure yours is too. This gives us and you the best chance of success with your website.
Your website will be backed up frequently to multiple storage locations, so if your website goes down and one backup location also goes down, we will still have a third copy of your website to restore in the case of a disaster. If you’re on our Boost or Grow plan we will guarantee if your website gets hacked we will clean it as part of the service. On the Core plan it’s possible it can be cleaned as part of the service however it’s also likely you’ll need to pay for your website to be cleaned. Our website security will ensure that hacking your website will be very difficult but we can’t guarantee your website will never be hacked. Companies like Sony, Apple and Facebook with millions of dollars at their disposal still get hacked. On the Boost and Grow plan however you will have Enterprise Grade Security and if something goes wrong it should be fixed within a few hours.
No problem. The best value way to get more time is to buy time blocks. You would buy a block of 5 or 10 hours and when we do a small or large job for you that would be deducted from your available time
Great question! Any of the services we provide are fair game. Changes to website content (such as text and images) and small design improvements are things most commonly requested. Consultancy calls and advice are a couple of other options.
If you have support time available to you and the task you ask us to perform can be done very quickly, say in 10 minutes or less, we just won’t minus that time from your available support time. If you don’t have any available support time and the job is not small we’ll give you a quote for that job.
Like a lawyer on retainer, the monthly time is there for you to reserve your place in our queue and our resources, therefore it does not rollover. You can take peace of mind that you will request will be taken care of promptly by a support staff member who knows your website inside out.
Absolutely! We understand that business needs change so we don’t want to lock you into a contract. Of course we will be sad to see you go as any website that we have on our Care Plans we spend a lot of time and effort caring for and we want to see them succeed.
