    The clients sales from Google Shopping Ads had been slowly trending down then started taking a significant drop in March. We understood their POS (point of sale) had mapped the fields of vendor/manufacturer and product type incorrectly. In total over 6,000 products required fixing up. The also had hundreds of products missing descriptions and images.

  • Campaign starts

    Correctly mapped the fields of vendor/manufacturer and product type of 6,000 prducts and added full SEO descriptions and correct images for hundreds of products. Setup new Google Shopping campaigns broken down into prices and best sellers.

  • 2 Months Later

    Set up goals in Shopify for GA4, GTM and ADS and import them Check Merchant Center for errors Correct setting of goals and attribution models. Launched PMax for Top Selling Items and a seperate PMax campaign for all other products. Launched a remarketing campaign for users.

  • 4 Months Later

    Increase ROAS targets and budgets slowly each week is leading to increased profit. Monitoring conversions configured in GA4 due to recent change from Universal GA to GA4. Further optimisations to locations. Removing losing products, and much more.
